When registering for our courses, workshops and training, there are certain conditions that you will find at each event. If you wish to cancel after registration, certain cancellation conditions apply. Details about the cancellation policy can be found below.

Cancellation policy SE training
Bij annulering na inschrijving van de opleiding dienen we een administratieve kost van 35€ aan te rekenen.
Bij annulering voor 2 maanden voor de start van de opleiding geld er een administratieve kost van 95 €.
If you cancel from 2 months to 3 weeks before the start of the course, you will pay a 30% cancellation fee.
If you cancel from 3 weeks to 7 working days before the start, you pay 60% of the course fee.
In case of later cancellation or if you do not cancel / do not show up, you will pay 100% of the course fee.
Failure to pay the participation fee never counts as cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing (email, letter).
Cancellation policy for all other events
Bij annulering binnen de 4 weken voor aanvang van de cursus dienen we een administratieve kost van 35 € aan te rekenen. Annulering binnen de 2 weken voor de start dienen we een annuleringskost van 50% van het inschrijvingsbedrag aan te rekenen, en annulering in de laatste week voor de start wordt het volledige bedrag aangerekend.
These cancellation conditions are valid for all events except the 3-year SE course (cancellation conditions see above).
