When registering for our courses, workshops and training, there are certain conditions that you will find at each event. If you wish to cancel after registration, certain cancellation conditions apply. Details about the cancellation policy can be found below.

Cancellation policy SE training
In case of cancellation after registration for the course, we must charge an administrative fee of €95.
In case of cancellation 2 months before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 30% applies.
If you cancel from 2 months to 3 weeks before the start of the course, you will pay 50% cancellation costs.
If you cancel from 3 weeks to 7 working days before the start of the course, you will pay 70% of the course fee.
In case of later cancellation or if you do not cancel / do not show up, you will pay 100% of the course fee.
Failure to pay the participation fee never counts as cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing (email, letter).
Cancellation policy for all other events
For cancellations within four weeks of the course start date, we charge an administrative fee of €95. Cancellations within two weeks of the course start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee, and cancellations within the last week before the course start date will incur the full fee.
These cancellation conditions are valid for all events except the 3-year SE course (cancellation conditions see above).
