Hallo,
Ik ben Sara, SE-practitioner. Dat betekent dat ik belang hecht aan wat je denkt en voelt, én aan wat je lichaam vertelt. Soms komt dat overeen, maar soms houdt je lichaam allerlei dingen vast zonder dat je het doorhebt. Dat kunnen uitingen zijn van spanning, vermoeidheid of pijn, maar ook van mooie ervaringen zoals verbinding, ontspanning en ruimte om te mogen bestaan.

Samen onderzoeken we hoe we ruimte kunnen maken voor de parels van wijsheid die je lichaam je wil aanreiken. Deze ontdekkingen kunnen je meer vrijheid en beweging brengen.

Naast mijn werk als SE-practitioner ben ik ook psycholoog en systeemtherapeut. Het combineren van deze invalshoeken maakt mijn werk als therapeut ontzettend interessant.

Ik werk op 2 plaatsen:

  • Van dinsdag tem donderdag in Hasselt (Hefveldstraat 55, 3500 Hasselt)
  • Op vrijdagen in Brussel (Psygroup, Jachtlaan 172, 1040 Etterbeek)
