Lilian Troost

Lilian Troost is geboren in Nederland en woont al 28 jaar in Tirol, Oostenrijk. Ze heeft 42 jaar als sociaal werkster gewerkt met mensen met neurodivergentie en psychische aandoeningen.

Naast Somatic Experiencing is ze gecertificeerd psychologisch counselor, Barbara Ann Brannen Practitioner en trainer in biodynamische craniosacrale therapie, NARM en NADP.

Tijdens haar werk met SE raakte ze steeds meer betrokken bij kinderen, wat uiteindelijk leidde tot haar project voor vluchtelingenkinderen die nog steeds in een oorlogsgebied wonen (Cesi pro Syrii).

Door haar jarenlange ervaring in diverse landen heeft ze uitgebreide ervaring opgedaan met verschillende trainers.

Haar nieuwsgierigheid naar zenuwstelsels en diverse individuen bracht haar er uiteindelijk toe zelf SE-trainer te worden. Tegenwoordig geeft ze talloze introductiesessies en trainingen in Oostenrijk, Duitsland, Slowakije en Tsjechië.
