Lilian Troost
Lilian Troost was born in the Netherlands and has lived in Tyrol, Austria, for 28 years. She worked as a social worker for 42 years with neurodivergent people and those with mental illnesses.
In addition to Somatic Experiencing, she is a certified psychological counselor, Barbara Ann Brannen practitioner and trainer in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, NARM and NADP.
During her work with SE, she became increasingly involved with children, which ultimately led to her project for refugee children still living in a war zone (Cesi pro Syrii).
Thanks to her years of experience in different countries, she has gained extensive experience working with various trainers.
Her curiosity about nervous systems and the diversity of individuals eventually led her to become a trainer in SE herself. Today, she leads numerous introductory sessions and training courses in Austria, Germany, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
