Our body very often gives the signals when we have not practiced self-care enough. Our body and nervous system therefore plays an important role in creating the correct self-regulation and discharge when necessary.<\/p>\n<p>We start this short workshop with a short theoretical background from Somatic Experiencing so that we can better recognize in which state our nervous system is. From there we will get started with some experiential and body-oriented exercises that can help us in various ways in our quest for self-regulation and self-care.<\/p>\n<p>This short workshop is aimed at therapists, psychologists, manual therapists, teachers\u00a0 and anyone who works with people.
