Shideh Lennon<\/h2>\n

Shideh Lennon, Ph.D., SEP, <\/strong>Faculty, SEI<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shideh is een gediplomeerd klinisch psycholoog (NY, VA), faculteit Somatic Experiencing\u00ae, en consultant in een priv\u00e9praktijk in de prachtige Hudson Valley in New York.<\/p>\n

Shideh\u2019s werk en leringen zijn gecentreerd op gedeelde menselijkheid, samenwerking, warmte en mededogen. Vanuit die basis gebruikt Shideh haar jarenlange ervaring in relationele psychotherapie en Somatic Experiencing\u00ae om het aangeboren vermogen van het zenuwstelsel te ontdekken om te resetten en te genezen, ongeacht de omvang van het trauma.<\/p>\n

Na het behalen van haar Ph.D. in de klinische psychologie voltooide Shideh haar Somatic Experiencing\u00ae-opleiding. Ze heeft aanvullende opleidingen gevolgd in Integrale Somatische Psychologie en Innerlijke Relatie Focussen. Shideh beoefent ook al heel lang Zen- en Mindfulness-meditatie, wat extra diepgang aan haar leringen geeft.<\/p>\n

Shideh, geboren in Iran, verliet het land en emigreerde in haar vroege adolescentie na de Iraanse revolutie in 1979 naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk, voordat ze zich aan de oostkust van de Verenigde Staten vestigden.<\/p>\n

Shideh houdt echt van haar werk en voelt zich gelukkig dat ze haar studenten en cli\u00ebnten de diepe genezing kan teruggeven die ze in haar eigen leven heeft gevonden. Ze voelt zich het meest zichzelf als ze lesgeeft, kookt\/bakt en lacht.\u00a0<\/p>\n
