As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I am in my third career in life. I love it as it allows me to work on a deeper emotional and body level with clients. In this therapeutic work context, I also offer Integral Somatic Psychology, Mindfulness & Emotional intelligence as well as conscious dance. I also really love to work with couples, enabling them to self-regulate and finding deeper ways to connect in a We-Consciousness. I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples in this field.

Initially I started off as a mechanical engineer working in a manufacturing company in Bavaria Germany for 8 years, followed by 10 years as an inhouse trainer for soft skills training in a truly global company.

Since 2008 I work as an independent trainer in various business sectors, offering people skills & team development and leadership training.

I am keen to bring Somatic Experiencing into the business world as well. Hence, I offer somatic coaching sessions and courses that help leaders to create psychological safety in their work environment and employees to self-regulate.

I can truly say that somatic experiencing had the most profound and lasting impact on me for good. The increased space inside of me that I developed, together with more presence in my body, allows me to self-regulate my autonomous nervous system responses much better. 😊

I have a son and a daughter living in Germany. What brought me to Belgium in 2019 is “love”, that’s why I live in Beringen together with another SE practitioner. After 4 years, I feel that I finally arrived in 2023 in Belgium as a new home.

I am learning the Flemish language but currently I offer my sessions in English and German language.
