I am an Integrative Somatic Coach and Emotional Trauma Therapist, I work with trauma-releasing and trauma-renegotiation modalities that are centred on the body and nervous system to tap into the innate and natural healing power that achieves real, deep, and lasting results and transformation.

I am SEP (Somatic Experiencing® Practioner) and Certified Advanced TRE® Practitioner, Mindfulness Instructor, and Life Coach. I work with development and complex trauma using Diane Heller Poole’s DARe’s attachment styles-centered work and the NeuroAffective Relation Model (NARM) from Dr. Larry Heller.

I am also a Practitioner of the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) from Dr. Stephen Porges. This is a five-day auditive intervention designed to reduce stress and hearing sensitivity while improving social engagement and resilience. Based on the polyvagal theory of Dr. Porges, by calming the physiological and emotional state, it opens the door for better communication and more effective treatment.

I provide individual and group therapeutic coaching for passionate, high-performing and sensitive people who, despite their high potential and achievements, feel stuck in life or have developed chronic symptoms.
